Audio Console


When you click on the Audio Console Icon, you will be able to see the names and phone numbers of those dialed into your conference.

You will also be able to see your address book:

 

Add a new contact

 

Export/Import contacts

 

Groups

Start Sharing


When you click on Start Sharing, you will see a list of actions you can take:

  1. Share an application – allows you to select one or more applications to share
    1. Check off the boxes of the applications you wish to share in the newly visible “Application Sharing” window
    2. Click “Share Selected Applications”
    3. Wait for the “Participant View” window appears –icon here- (tiny window at the bottom right of your screen that shows you exactly what your participants are seeing)
    4. Close out the box

    If you want to stop application sharing, click on the “Start Sharing” icon again, click on “Share Application” again, and then click the “Stop” icon

    You will see a new window that opens up at the bottom left of your screen that says “Application Sharing Ended”

  2. Share your desktop – allows you to share your entire desktop
    1. “Application Sharing” window appears
    2. Wait for the Participant view window appears
    3. Close out the box
  3. Present a document – allows you to upload a file
    1. Click “Browse” to find the file you want to upload
    2. Click “Process” to upload it
    3. You will see the new file appear in the “Document Window
    4. Click on the file name in the Document Window for it to appear on your screen
  4. Use a whiteboard
    1. Clear screen “whiteboard” appears on screen
    2. Annotation toolbar appears at the top

Annotations


When you click on the Annotation icon, or when you select “Whiteboard” from the “Start Sharing” dropdown, you will see the Annotation Toolbar.

This toolbar allows you to write text, make circles, draw lines, boxes, checkmarks, bullet points and arrows.

  1. Move or Delete annotation
    1. To move something click on the hand icon, then click on the annotation and drag it
    2. To delete something, click on the hand icon, then click on the annotation and hit “delete”
  2. Draw lines
  3. Draw arrows
  4. Make squares
  5. Draw circles
  6. Write text
  7. Make checkmarks
  8. Clears all annotations
  9. Select font color

View and Zoom


Adjust how you view your screen by clicking on the dropdown and selecting the zoom % you want

To go back to your default view, click on “Auto”

Record


The “Record” button allows you to start recording the audio of your conference. When you click it, you will also see:

 

Stop button

 

Pause button

This allows you to manage the various web settings you have on your web conference (you can manage the audio settings by logging into your account and adjusting the “Conference Settings”

Exit button will disconnect both the audio and web conference
