Participant Window
This window allows you to see and manage your participants. You can see the total number of participants on the window label as well as the name of each participant attending the conference.

The blue icon represents the moderator

The green icon represents each participant
|

|
The megaphone icon will show who is speaking
|
 |
|
Allows you to invite more participants to your conference
|
 |
|
Allows your participant to see a "Full Screen" view of your presentation, where all of the windows and toolbars are minimized
|

|
Allows you to switch back the viewing screen to the default set-up with the windows and toolbars open
|
 |
|
Allows you to transfer a file to all of your participants
|
|
By clicking on any participant's name, you can also do the following:
|
Rename - Changes the display name of your participant
|
|
Make presenter - gives control of the web conference to the participant (to upload files, share desktop, etc.)
|
|
Allow annotations - gives the participant the ability to access the annotation toolbar only to make lines, circles, words, etc. on your presentation
|
|
File transfer - allows you to transfer a file only to that particular participant
|
|
Mute - silences that participant's audio
|
|
Place on Hold - disables the participant's ability to hear the audio conference
|
|
Disconnect - disconnects the participant from the audio and web conference
|
|
|
