What does my 7-day free trial give me?

You get unlimited phone conferencing with toll access in the U.S., Canada, and Japan -  plus unlimited web conferencing with all features FREE for 7 full days.

If you choose to cancel before the end of your 7th day, you pay absolutely nothing. Your monthly charge of $39.95 will begin on the 8th day.

What audio and web conferencing tools do you have?

All plans provide our feature-rich audio and web conferencing capabilities which include collaboration tools such as desktop and application sharing, file transfers, whiteboard functionalities, and much more.

Audio conferencing tools are also available for you to use on your telephone keypad.  See our Audio Conferencing User Guide.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. there are no hidden fees or charges.

The Unlimited Plan is only $39.95/month.

The Pay-As-You-Go Plan charges $50 up-front from which a per minute/per participant fee is deducted based on usage. Usage rates vary based on access number types: U.S./Canada toll, U.S./Canada toll-free, international toll, or international toll-free. See Rates.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No. You do not need to download or install any applications in order to host or attend audio and web meetings with Arkadin Express.

Our web conferencing solution is solely browser-based, which means anyone can access the conference at anytime, from anywhere, as long as they can log onto the Internet!* Only presenters who wish to share their desktops will be prompted to install a plug-in, which we easily provide upon entering a conference.

Are there any commitments I need to make?

No. There aren't any commitments you need to make. Simply agree to our terms and conditions when you sign up, and use our conferencing services month to month, or until the funds in your account are depleted.

Can I choose to only use audio conferencing?

Yes, absolutely! You can phone conference up to 50 participants from any phone, anywhere, at anytime! You can also easily manage your attendees through your telephone keypad.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, although we'd hate to see you go.

Simply log into your account, click on "My Account", and you'll see your options.

If you cancel your Free Trial before the 7 days are up, you will not be charged a thing. You will also still be able to continue using your audio and web conferencing services until the trial period is over!

If you cancel the Unlimited Plan, you will no longer be recharged. You can still continue to audio and web conference for the remainder of your current billing month. 

If you cancel the Pay-As-You-Go Plan, you can continue to audio and web conference until you use up all of the funds left on the account.

Can I choose to only use web conferencing?

Yes, but please note that you must be dialed into your audio conference in order to hear or say anything on the web conference. We currently do not offer any sound over computer speakers.
