Audio Conferencing User Guide 
With Arkadin Express, you can host audio meetings without ever having to log onto the web. Our secure bridges are located throughout the world and support your conference calls with superior audio quality.
Invite Participants
Make sure you invite your attendees before your meeting. You can send an email through the Arkadin Express Outlook Toolbar or by sending your participants your Access Phone Number and Participant PIN Code.
Access Your Conference Call
- Dial your access phone number
- Enter your Moderator PIN Code (if you are the host) or the Participant PIN Code (if you are a participant) and press the # key
Audio Conferencing Features Moderators can Control
As the moderator, you can use your telephone keypad to help you manage each individual audio conference:

Mute/Un-mute your participants' lines (and participants can NOT press *1 to un-mute themselves) |

Lock/Unlock the conference |

Allow/Disallow participants to remain in the conference after you hang-up |

These telephone keypad features apply only to the current conference call that you are hosting; they do not carry over into the next conference.

Audio Conference Settings
As the moderator, you can also manage the settings of all your conference calls by logging into your account and modifying the "Conference Settings"
Go to the "My Meetings" tab and click on the "Conference Settings" link.
You will be able to enable or disable the following features:
- Announce how many participants are in the conference upon your arrival
- Roll-call
- Allow (audio) recording of your conferences
- Automatically record the audio of your conferences when you start
- Hear a 'beep' upon the entry of a new participant
- Allow audio prompt to repeat your PIN Code once entered
Audio Console
You can also manage your conference call by logging into your web conference and clicking on the Audio Console icon.
