To Start an Audio and Web Meeting:

1. Invite your participants ahead of time
2. Call your access phone number
3. Enter your Moderator PIN Code, followed by the # key
4. Click on "Start a Meeting" from your account, or on "Meet Now" from your Outlook Toolbar
5. Click the second radio button on the pop-up window you see when you enter the web conference
6. Enter the 4 digit Identification Code you see on your screen onto your telephone keypad
7. You're in the audio and web conference!

**Please note that you must be dialed into your audio conference in order to hear or say anything on the web conference
