There are 3 ways you can schedule a meeting:

With your Outlook Toolbar

Make sure you have already downloaded the Outlook Toolbar Scheduler from your account. (You only need to do this once)

  1. Once downloaded, you will see the Outlook Toolbar Scheduler in the toolbar section of your Outlook
  2. Click on "Organize conference"
  3. A meeting invite will open up with all of the conference details and instructions
  4. In the "To" section of your Outlook invite, enter the email addresses of the participants you wish to invite to your conference
  5. In the "Subject" section, enter the subject of your meeting
  6. The "Location" section will already be pre-populated with the Participant PIN Code and Web Login for your participants to see
  7. Add or modify any content to the body of the email and click "Send"
  8. The meeting will now be on your calendar, and on those of who accept the invitation

See our Outlook Toolbar User Guide for more details.
