To Join an Audio and Web Meeting:

1. Call the access phone number provided to you by the moderator
2. Enter in your Participant PIN Code when prompted, followed by the # key
3. Click on the Web Conference or Join a Meeting link in your email 
4. Type your name in the corresponding box and click "Go"
5. Click on the second radio button you see on the pop-up window
6. Enter the Identification Code you see on your screen into your telephone keypad
7. You're in your audio and web conference!

**Please note that you must be dialed into your audio conference in order to say or hear anything on the web conference
