No. You do not need to download anything to host or attend a conference. You and your participants can log into your audio and web meeting right away. There are 2 downloads you can add to take full advantage of the Arkadin Express experience:

• The Outlook Toolbar Scheduler will greatly assist you in organizing conferences. It is integrated into your Outlook and allows you to generate email invites with all of your conferencing details already pre-populated.
• There is also a simple Active X plug-in you and your presenters would need to download if you wish to share an application or your desktop. You will be prompted the first time you enter the web conference to install it.
