To cancel your plan:
- Log into your account
- Click on the "My Account" tab at the top
- Click on the "Cancel My Subscription" link at the left
- Select the reasons for cancelling and enter your comments
- Click the "Cancel My Subscription" button
You will be able to audio and web conference for the remainder of the billing month and you will not be charged again.
Pay-As-You-Go Plan users do not need to cancel. Simply use up the funds on your account until they are depleted. If you do cancel, then you will not have access to your account after you deplete your funds.
We do not give refunds.
